Después de mucho preguntar y buscar en muchos diccionarios y e-diccionarios por fin encontré el origen de la palabra "Culinario", textualmente dice:

Hola!...me gustaria si puedes darme la referencia bibliografica de la información que has publicado. He buscado en el diccionario etimologico de Corominas, e indica que la palabra proviene de la primera mitad del siglo XIX...gracias por tu ayuda!
